Licensed auto broker · Norcross, Georgia · Wholesale only
Buy the small
lanes. Sell the
big ones.
Cruise Control ATL buys vehicles at regional auctions where the bidding is thin, then runs them through national wholesale sales where the buyers are deep. We never sell to the public. Every car we touch goes dealer to dealer.
One car, four steps,
a short cycle.
Auto brokering is not complicated, it is just disciplined. The same vehicle is worth different money in different rooms, and our whole job is knowing which room to stand in. Here is the run, start to finish.
Source
We work the run lists before sale day. Condition reports, announcements, prior sale history, and what that exact year, trim, and mileage has been bringing at the bigger sales this month.
Buy
We bid in person at regional sales where the lanes are thinner. Fewer bidders means less competition on the same unit. We set a walk-away number before the car rolls and we hold it.
Move
Title cleared, unit inspected, light recon if it pays for itself, then transport booked. Speed is margin here. Every extra day a car sits is a day the market can move against it.
Sell
The car runs at a national wholesale sale with deep dealer demand, or goes direct to a dealer who wants that exact unit. Proceeds settle, capital recycles, we do it again.
The buy side is
public knowledge.
We are open about where we shop, because the edge is not the address, it is the discipline. These are the kinds of sales we work in and around metro Atlanta.
Greater Atlanta Auto Auction
A dealer sale where mixed inventory runs to a smaller room. Good cars clear cheap here simply because fewer hands are in the air when the unit rolls.
CarMax Auto Auction
Off-lease and trade-in units sold as-is to licensed dealers. Consistent supply, clear condition disclosure, and pricing that often lags the national market.
Dealer trades and small independents
Aged units a dealer wants off the lot, and smaller independent sales across the Southeast. Quiet supply that never reaches a big lane.
The sell side
stays ours.
We sell wholesale, dealer to dealer, at larger national sales with real depth of buyers. We do not publish which ones.
That is not evasion, it is the business. Our seller relationships, lane placement, and consignment terms took years to build, and they are exactly what turns a thin regional buy into a spread. Naming them publicly invites every broker in the Southeast to stand in the same lane and bid against us on the same cars.
- Buyers are licensed franchise and independent dealers, never the public.
- Units run as-is with full announcements, the way wholesale is supposed to work.
- Venue detail, consignment terms, and per-unit results are shared with serious partners under NDA.
Available in diligence
Georgia licensed.
Nationwide capable.
Our license is Georgia, our lanes are not. Wholesale is a national market, and we are set up to buy a car in one state and deliver it clean to a dealer in another. If the unit makes sense, geography is a logistics problem, not a wall.
Titles handled end to end
Title work is processed through our title partner, so out-of-state paperwork, lien payoffs, and duplicate titles do not stall a deal or park a car.
Transport on call
Carrier relationships across the Southeast and beyond. We book the haul the same week we buy, coast to coast when the spread supports it.
Buy or sell in any market
We can bid in a sale we are not standing in and consign into a sale we are not local to. The right lane for a car is wherever the money for it is.
Capital in, cars out,
capital back.
Wholesale brokering is a working capital business. Every dollar buys a titled asset that is resold in a short, repeatable cycle, and the same dollar goes back to work when it settles. Below is the plain version of what we do with capital and what we will show you before you commit any.
The same vehicle prices differently at a thin regional sale than it does in a deep national lane. That gap is persistent, not a fluke, because attendance and buyer depth differ by venue. We are paid to move cars across that gap.
Capital funds inventory and the cost of moving it: the buy, auction fees, title work, recon, and transport. More capital means more units in the air at once, and more sales we can be standing in on the same weekend.
Each dollar deployed sits in a titled vehicle with a known wholesale market value, not a receivable or a promise. Inventory can be valued, inspected, and liquidated. It is not a long-dated position.
Buy, clear, move, sell, settle, redeploy. Cycle length is measured in days to weeks, and speed matters more than any single home-run unit. Discipline on the buy is what protects the downside.
Wholesale values move with the broader used-car market. Arbitration, undisclosed condition issues, title delays, and transport problems all compress margin on a given unit. We manage that with pre-set walk-away numbers, inspections, and short hold times, but we do not pretend it away.
Under NDA
Unit-level buy and sell history, realized spreads and hold times, selling venue and consignment terms, licensing and entity documents, insurance, banking, and references from dealers we trade with.
Accredited investors, dealer partners who want to place capital behind inventory, and lenders who understand floorplan. Structure is a conversation, not a template.
